Draft · Policy 1Code of Conduct
Everyone involved with the association — players, coaches, volunteers, officials and parents — is expected to act honestly, respectfully and safely.
We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, intimidation, cheating or behaviour that brings the sport into disrepute. Concerns can be raised confidentially with the association.
Draft · Policy 2Fair Play Policy
We play by the rules and in the spirit of the rules. Opponents and officials are treated with respect, results are accepted with grace, and effort is recognized regardless of outcome.
Draft · Policy 3Equal Opportunities Policy
We aim to give everyone a fair chance to participate, volunteer and contribute, regardless of sex, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or social background, and we work to remove practical barriers to participation.
Draft · Policy 4Anti-Discrimination Policy
Discriminatory language or behaviour has no place in our activities. Reported incidents are taken seriously, handled fairly and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant authorities.
Draft · Policy 5Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy
The welfare of children and young people always comes first. Youth activities require appropriate supervision, parental or guardian consent, and adults working with minors are expected to follow safeguarding good practice.
Any concern about a child's safety should be reported immediately to the association and, in an emergency, to the authorities (112).
Draft · Policy 6Volunteer Conduct Policy
Volunteers represent the association. They act within agreed roles, respect confidentiality, follow safeguarding rules and raise concerns promptly.
Draft · Policy 7Conflict of Interest Policy
Members of governing bodies and volunteers must declare any personal, financial or family interest that could influence their decisions, and step back from decisions where such a conflict exists.
Draft · Policy 8Sports Participation and Safety Policy
Activities take place in suitable venues, with appropriate warm-up, equipment and supervision. Participants are encouraged to inform organizers of any health condition relevant to their safety.
Draft · Policy 9Data Protection Policy
Personal data is collected only when needed, used for the stated purpose, stored securely and handled in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Draft · Policy 10Accessibility Statement
We aim to make this website and our activities usable by as many people as possible. See our Accessibility page for details and how to report a barrier.
