ASOCIAŢIA JUDEŢEANĂ DE FOTBAL - TENIS BIHOR ("the association") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian law. The association is the data controller.

We collect only what you choose to give us through our forms, and minimal technical data needed to deliver the website securely.

Name, email address, subject and message. Submitting the form prepares an email to contact@duracfilm.org; the message is then handled through that mailbox.

Name, email, telephone, optional age group, area of interest, experience, skills, availability and message. For applicants under 18, we require guardian consent before any involvement.

To answer enquiries, assess and coordinate volunteer applications, and — if you subscribe — send association updates.

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)), and the association's legitimate interest in running its activities (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and limit access to people who need it.

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years; volunteer records for the duration of involvement plus 2 years, unless law requires longer.

The contact page embeds Google Maps, which may process data according to Google's own privacy policy. Your email provider handles messages you send us.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Romania's ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
